HUMAN TALENT IN COLOMBIA

In the new scenario about which we are transiting, identified, aspects important as: The globalization, the permanent exchange of context, the assessment of knowledge and the development of strategies of modernization in the management of means human. The term Human Resource, is used the person  as an instrument, "indispensable" to the success of an organization without considering that this is the capital principal, which possesses skills and characteristics that give it life, movement and action every organization.



The practices of human resources management in Colombia, realize greater integration between HR practices and business strategy in large companies and media management begins to take place now is not based on elements such as technology and information; but yes "the key to successful management is in the people who participate in it." What is needed today is to continually innovate, understand reality, to face the future and understand the company mission there.

An indispensable tool for meeting this challenge is the Competence Management; such a tool, explores the development and involvement of human capital, helps raise a degree of excellence, the skills of each of the individuals involved in the company. Competence Management passes become a continuous channel of communication between labor and company;  is now when the company begins to engage the needs and desires of their workers in order to help them, support them and offer personal development, what can enrich the personality of each worker.

    Yes, it consider important, already what of one good administration and coordination the companies, achieve greater recognition, a high competitive level, fidelity,better structure economic partner and higher productivity.
