APPLICATION OF THE HEALTH OCCUPATIONAL IN MANAGEMENT THE HUMAN TALENT

The Human Resources Department meets certain requirements for establishing and maintaining an environment of safe and healthy workplace, which promotes optimal physical and mental health of employees, must also provide employees with resources necessary to maintain and improve the environment optimum, of  wellness and overall health of the individual, within the social context and labor for avoid and prevent accidents, diseases and promote the health.


Occupational health should take note of any worker, answer in timely manner to requests,  have different tools,Protocol and Procedures to ensure and guarantee the health of employees, through protection and prevention against risks of work. studying and implementing prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation to ensure timely prevention and primary care if a worker suffers a work injury or occupational disease.

Must develop continuous improvement programs against occupational hazards and different  conditions working that violate,the conditions of a worker. For this reason the management of human talent go hand in hand with occupational health as it involves everyone in an organization.

      It is very important, recognize, what the health occupational performed for the benefit of workers. Is one factor that allows provide security for workers within an organization, ensures the terms of work and warrants the appropriate proceed in the activities during days of work.
